The issue was resolved around 6:50AM Eastern and the specific node was remedied.

We were alerted to an issue where message bodies for some inbound emails were blank/empty. Upon investigation it was determined that a single node had transient issues writing to temporary storage for message scanning which resulted in scanned emails being seen as blank, thereby delivering blank bodies.
While we do retain on-server backups of the inbound emails, the sender should resend the message in order to deliver to the destination server as Exchange based servers will ignore message ids in which it has already received. In cases where the sender is unable to resend, please contact support and provide tracking information (sender/recipient/subject/timestamp) and we will alter the message to ensure a unique to the destination server.
