New ExchangeDefender Web Services launch has gone smoothly and we're still proactively tuning the platform and locking down / optimizing different tasks. We're thankful for a very active partner community who put the new Web Services through it's paces during the beta window.
During our production launch our team is available around the clock and we're actively monitoring the platform, error logs, and running continuous tests across all platforms to address any issues. Our partners have again been very instrumental in this and we cannot thank you enough for providing complete tickets with the issue, screenshot, and URL / post info. This helps us address the issue quickly so it no longer interrupts your workflow and lets our team solve the problem on the spot. So far we've been able to address all the issues and bugs the same day they were reported, with most problems addressed within hours.
